Mark Twain once said, "Everyone talks about the weather but no one does anything about it!".  The same could be said of Queensland's continueously rising road toll.  In light of the climbing statistics in Queensland, the Zupps Group, part of Australia's largest motoring group AHG, has decided to take steps of its own towards helping to combat the current high Queensland road toll and give something back to the community.

From September 1, 2009, all AHG-Zupps dealerships will be giving away a free fully transferrable defensive driving course with every used car sold.  The full one-day defensive driving course will be held at the Mt Cotton Driver Training Centre, conducted by the Brisbane company Safe Driver Training, and is valid for 3 months.  The course is available at all Zupps used car dealerships including Beaudesert and the Gold Coast.

The flexibility of a fully transferrable defensive driving course means that older, more experienced drivers can pass the course onto younger, less experienced drivers, such as children or grandchildren - helping to keep all drivers safer!
